PlayTesting

To measure players' reactions to my level and adjust its difficulty, I had them play through it and took note of their emotions.

I wanted to ensure that the level was challenging but ultimately rewarding, giving players a sense of satisfaction when they beat it. To gather feedback, I held playtests 2-3 times a week and had a large number of people play the level

Competative

I started timing their playthroughs to see how long it took them to complete the level. Eventually, it became a popular challenge among my classmates, other students, and even teachers to compete with each other and beat each other's times.

The competition was healthy and fun, and it was then that I realized my passion for taking feedback and iterating on a level to make it more enjoyable and competitive.

Reflection

This project was a great learning experience for creating puzzle games. The challenge was enjoyable and allowed me to explore new puzzle ideas while ensuring they were well-balanced.

This gave me a new perspective on level design and how to create a fun and challenging experience
